1950s Vintage Black Wool A-Line Pleated Skirt

Here's a classic A line skirt that's completely the early 1950s style! This is a vintage black wool pleated skirt from the 1950s. It has a back metal zipper, two buttons at the waistband and the original wide belt that has adjustable snaps at the back! It is labeled "Beacon of Boston Sportswear". Excellent condition. The Waist measures 23 inches, Hip 48 inches, Length 28 1/2 inches. Shown on a dress form that measures Bust 33 1/2 inches, Waist 21 1/2 inches, Hip 34 inches. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take into consideration when looking at size. Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness, sold separately.
