1940s Floral & Theater Victorian Novelty Print Dress

Here's a fun novelty print 1940s dress! It's a sheer navy with v-neck, draped asymmetrical fabric on the shoulder, short raglan sleeves, small shoulder pads that can be removed if you prefer, long layered fabric peplum on the front, and original belt. It's in very good condition, small spot on chest in pleat, and holes at V-neck where there was probably a brooch. Still presents beautifully, hard to tell with the busy print. Fabric is sheer navy blue with pink, yellow, blue, and white flowers, and possibly theater or Victorian vignettes of people playing music, a lady with a fan, a couple dancing. The Bust measures 40 inches, Waist 34 inches, 42 inch Hips, Full Length is 45 inches. (More measurements in pictures.) Shown on a dress form measuring Bust 33 1/2 inches, Waist 21 1/2 inches, Hips 34 inches. No stretch. No zipper or buttons, goes on over the head so your measurements need to be smaller than what is listed. Feels like rayon. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition.
