Shannon Off the Shoulder Dress
Strut your stuff in this off the shoulder ruffle dress! A great retro style, it's black with a cheerful border print of flowers in red, yellow, green, blue and everything in between. It even has a subtle peacock print. It features a flouncy ruffle that falls off the shoulder, adjustable spaghetti straps, gathered waist, full skirt, center back zipper and pockets. Our model Julie Ann's measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5' 6" and is wearing an S.
