1980s Blue Tulip Wrap Skirt

This is a playful wrap skirt! It's blue with white flowers, and wraps with one button at the waist and an overlap wrap front that velcros inside the waist. The waist measures 28-32 inches because of elastic at the back, hips 42 inches, and length is 32 inches. Shown on a dress form measuring Bust 42 inches, Waist 32 inches, Hips 43 1/2 inches. It's in excellent condition, very mild fading throughout. Labeled "Nicole Summers, 14, 50% cotton 50% polyester, Made in the USA, Machine washable" RN79961 . This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
