Shop for that dramatic ruffle blouse here! This is a red and white polka dot short sleeve button down blouse with a ruffle collar. Label is "Judy's Friend a division of Judy Bond, machine wash, Large, 65% polyester 35% cotton , from the early 1980s. In excellent condition. The Bust measures 41 inches, Waist 40 inches, Length 25 1/2 inches, shoulder seam to shoulder seam 15 1/2 inches. Shown on a dress form measuring Bust 36 inches, Waist 25 inches, Hips 36 inches. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have, as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat, the same way we measure our reproduction items.
