The Sidecar is a delicious traditional retro cocktail to toast with your friends and family at Thanksgiving. Sometimes you just need a drink with a few simple ingredients that packs a punch. This drink is definitely a sipper that can be made with either Brandy or Cognac, just take it easy because this one will go straight to your head!
Ingredients:
2 oz. Brandy (or Cognac)
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lemon juice
Method:
Add all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a martini glass.For an extra twist, rim the chilled martini glass with sugar and garnish with an orange slice or lemon rind.
