1960s Window Pane Coat Dress
This coat dress set from the early 1960s is classic and refined. It's a window pane, navy and off white check print. The coat has large buttons down the front and three pockets, the two hips ones are functional, and 3/4 length sleeves. The dress underneath features a sheer tank shell and matching pencil skirt with a metal zipper down the center back. It is in excellent condition, the sheath underneath has fabric added to the shoulders. It's label inside reads, "Nathan-Strong by August". The fabric looks and feels like silk shantung. The coat is fully lined. The bust of the dress measures 34 inches max, waist 24 inches, hips 36 inches. Jacket shoulders measure 15 inches across, bust 40 inches. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take that into consideration when looking at size.
