Here's a stretchy pencil skirt with a twist, an orange twist that is! This skirt is dark orange and black striped, with a center back hidden zipper and hem slit for easy movement. It's pretty season-less, but the contrasting colors really make a statement! Our model Julie Ann's measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5' 6" and is wearing an S.
