Vintage 1960s White Heart Whimsy

Here's a true vintage fascinator hair whimsy from the 1960s. It features small white velvet hearts with attached netting and velvet bow on top. It's in excellent condition, hearts are a little dented. The netting goes completely over the head. This is an authentic one of a kind womens vintage clothing piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
