This Lula Framed Kitties Dress is so flowy and full, you'll be picture-perfect wearing it! It's a fit and flare sleeveless style with pockets, a center zipper down the back, and thin black vinyl belt. The fabric is black with printed roses surrounding fluffy kitties in frames. 97% polyester 3% elastine. Turn inside out, machine wash cold on delicate, hang dry. Julie Ann's measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5' 6" and is wearing an M. Smalls were not available in this style.
