1960s Vintage Yellow Striped Skort
Want the look of a 1960s skirt with the freedom of shorts? Here's a vintage 1960s skort for you! It's soft yellow with white racing stripes down the front, elasticized sides, patch pockets, center back zipper, and hidden shorts! It's labeled "Leon Levin Sportswear", feels like cotton. This style was typically worn while golfing. Leon Levin promoted these creations with clever illustrated advertisements in the New Yorker and it became an immediate favorite on the Ladies Professional Golf Tour. This skort is in excellent condition, elastic a little stretched out. The Waist measures 35 inches, Hips 46 inches, and Length 22 inches. It was clipped to fit the mannequin. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take that into consideration when looking at size.
