70s 1940s Keyhole Ruffle Dress

Get the look of the 1940s with this adorable 1970s black and white dress! It features short puff sleeves, a high button up collar, ruffle trimmed keyhole neckline, comfy elastic waistband and matching fabric belt. It just pulls over, no worrying about buttons or zippers! It's labeled "Ms Claire New York", feels like lightweight polyester. It's in excellent vintage condition. It measures Bust 44" Waist 30-40", Hip 46". This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
