To make a return, fill out this form and click SUBMIT. We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. Returns without RA numbers will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Please note we are no longer doing exchanges via this form. If you would like another item, simply purchase the new item in our web store.

Once we reveive your return we will credit your original form of payment.

Item(s) returned*: Please specify ALL items being returned. Items not noted here will be refused.
Reason for return*: Refunds will be made as a full or partial refund against the original purchase credited back to the original form of payment. So for example if the original purchase was made using VISA, the refund (if any) will be credited back onto that same VISA card. Exchanges are no problem if we have the desired item in stock. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. If the cost of the new item(s) and shipping exceeds the refund amount, you will be contacted by email with a link to pay for the difference.
