Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We know you want your order right away, so we work hard to get it out the door right away! Orders will ship by the next business day if not sooner. Shipping from Cats Like Us is through USPS Priority shipping, so you will receive your purchase fast! If you MUST have a package overnight, call us asap at 716-694-6600 and we can make arrangements.

Please be sure to ship to a secure location such as your workplace or a P.O. BOX when. All shipments are tracked and insured against LOSS (NOT INSURED AGAINST DAMAGE). Once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address it is considered delivered. If your package is indeed lost please let us know ASAP and we will begin the claim process. Any refunds will be made to the original form of payment for that purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.

For purchases shipped to New York State, shipping is taxed. Tax on shipping is not refundable.

Shipping cost is based on the total purchase amount, using the following chart. All shipments are tracked and insured against loss (not insured against damage) :

Customs and Taxes

Shipments to ALL countries are fully and accurately declared as to contents and value of the items. Please do not ask us to inaccurately declare value or contents. Any additional fees due to customs, provincial and national taxes beyond the original cost of shipping are the responsibility of the addressee. Cats Like Us does not collect/remit any taxes on sales to Canada, Australia or European Countries so it is the addressee's responsibility to pay any and all taxes that might be applicable.

In-store Pickup

In-store pickup is available to local and Canadian addresses free. If you would like to pickup you purchases from our store simply choose "In-Store Pickup" for the shipping option during the checkout process. We will email you once the order is ready for pickup, usually the same day.

Returns

Lingerie, makeup, hair products, socks, pantyhose, tights and ceramic items by Barbie K are not returnable.
Sale items can only be returned for store credit and not a refund.

If your item doesn't fit or wasn't want you wanted, you can make a return or exchange. All returns:

Must be received within 30 days of original purchase.
Returns older than 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, store-credit will be issued and a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
Must be in new, unworn condition.
All original tags must be attached.
Original packing slip must be included returned with item.
Items should be placed in a clean plastic bag, and shipped in a suitable box.
MUST HAVE AN RA NUMBER (see form below)

For purchases shipped to New York State, shipping is taxed. Tax on shipping is not refundable.

To make a return, you will need a return authorization number. To receive an RA number, fill out this form. No returns can be accepted without an RA number.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for shipping cost back to you, at our normal shipping rates.

Problems With Orders

If we have a problem with your order we will attempt to contact you to resolve it BEFORE WE SHIP. Problems might include but are not limited to non-deliverable mailing address or item unavailability.

We will try to contact you via the email and phone number you provide on checkout. Emails from us will come from andrew@catslikeus.com, so watch for those and be sure to check your spam filter as well.

If we are unable to contact you, and you do not get back to us within 7 days, your order will be canceled, and your original form of payment will be credited. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
