Unfortunately, Monster Matt had to cancel his event due to unforeseen circumstances, but that gives us the opportunity to showcase an artist we've never had at the shop before! Smoking Hot Bags is the creation of local artists Leanne & Bill, once customers of mine and now friends, come and see their handbag creations on Saturday, May 21 from 12-5pm at Cats Like Us. Smoking Hot Bags are made from upcycled cigar boxes and sometimes wine boxes. Each is unique and hand painted. Leanne's specialty is horror movie designs, but she can create custom ones to match any style.
