I'm a little late to game as Valentine's Day was last week, but seeing as I love to make drinks we'll toast to the love of a good cocktail! The Jump Up and Kiss Me cocktail was found in a little Cocktail for Dummies pocket edition that I purchased from the dollar section at Target. Since I was cleaning out our Tiki room, I rediscovered this little book of booze and I'm happy I did! More cocktails to choose from?! Oh goodie!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Myer's Dark Rum
4 oz. Pineapple juice
1/2 oz. Rose's lime juice
dash Angostura Bitters
Method:
Combine ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Give it a good shake and strain into an ice-filled glass or Tiki mug. Sip, sip, ahhhh!
